Installation

Installation & Surface Compatibility

WaveBlock SafeWall™ is engineered for clean, smooth interior surfaces. Confirm surface compatibility before specifying or installing.

Compatible surfaces

  • Glass and mirrors

Not recommended

  • Textured or popcorn walls
  • Unpainted or raw drywall
  • Brick, stone, or concrete
  • Freshly painted walls (allow 3 weeks to cure)
  • Wall Covering with raised texture
  • Damp, dusty, or peeling surfaces

Surface prep: The wall must be clean, dry, and smooth. Wipe with a damp cloth and allow to dry fully before installation. Freshly painted walls require a full 3-week cure before WaveBlock SafeWall™ is applied.
